Completion of the Credit Account application does not guarantee that LED Online Ltd will extend a Credit account to the Customer. Information contained within the form will be used by LED Online Ltd to assess the Customer’s suitability for an account. LED Online Ltd reserve the right to refuse a credit account to any customer at LED Online's own discretion.

If successful in your application, by submitting this form you are agreeing to LED Online Ltd's payment terms and conditions. LED Online's payment terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice - this cannot be superseded by the terms on your purchase order.

The terms also state that you must provide LED Online with an email address for invoice delivery. LED Online send all invoices electronically to all customers in PDF format.
